A recruitment agency built around one idea.

FyntaLin is a Singapore-based recruitment agency that focuses on remote and flexible-hour roles. We work with local employers across customer service, administration, technology and creative industries to list positions that can be performed from home.

Our intention is straightforward: present available openings clearly, answer candidate questions honestly, and make it easier for qualified applicants to connect with employers who hire remotely. We do not publish roles we cannot verify, and we never charge candidates a fee.

We focus on a narrow scope — remote and flexible roles in Singapore — and try to do it carefully. Here is what you can expect when you apply.

Clear listings

Role description, working hours and compensation range are shown on every posting. If an employer has not provided a range, we will not list a placeholder.

Verified employers

Employers are checked against the ACRA business registry and confirmed as actively hiring before a role is listed on this site.

No applicant fees

Applying, interviewing and accepting an offer through FyntaLin is free for the candidate. Our fees are paid by the hiring employer.

Reasonable response time

We aim to acknowledge every application within a reasonable timeframe. If a role is not a match, your profile is kept on file for future openings.

Flexible arrangements

We list positions that support non-standard hours, part-time and asynchronous work — where the employer has confirmed this arrangement.

Local context

Roles are listed with Singapore working arrangements in mind — CPF where applicable, local time zone (SGT), and roles suited to SG-based candidates.

How we operate.

These are the principles we follow when handling applications, managing candidate information, and interacting with hiring employers.

Data & privacy
Personal information submitted through the application form is used for recruitment purposes only. Details are shared with an employer only when relevant to a specific role, and with the candidate's knowledge. Candidates may request access to or deletion of their information at any time, in line with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Employer verification
Employers listed on FyntaLin are verified against the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) registry and confirmed as actively hiring before their roles are published. Employer details are available on request.

Application handling
All applications are reviewed. Due to volume, we prioritise responses to candidates who match a current opening. Unmatched applications are kept on file for future roles unless the candidate requests removal.

Fees
FyntaLin does not charge candidates any fees at any stage. If you are contacted by someone claiming to represent FyntaLin and asking for payment, please do not proceed; contact us directly at the email above to verify.

Q · 01 Are all positions fully remote?
The roles on this site are remote or work-from-home within Singapore unless otherwise noted. If a position involves occasional in-person meetings, hot-desking, or other location-specific requirements, that information is stated in the job description.

Applicants must be legally authorised to work in Singapore. This includes Singapore citizens, permanent residents, and holders of a valid Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Permit, or other valid work pass. FyntaLin does not directly sponsor work passes; employer-sponsored opportunities are noted on the relevant listing.

No. Applying, interviewing, and accepting an offer through FyntaLin is free for the candidate at every stage. Our services are paid for by the hiring employer. Please do not pay anyone claiming to be a FyntaLin representative.

Most remote roles require a working computer, reliable broadband connection, and a quiet workspace. Specific requirements — for example a headset for phone-based roles, or particular software — are stated in each listing. Some employers supply equipment; this will also be noted.

Timelines vary by employer and role. Entry-level positions can move faster than senior roles, which may involve multiple interview rounds and technical assessments. Updates are provided as the process proceeds.
Q · 06 Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes. You may indicate interest in multiple roles via the application form. Your profile will also be considered for future openings that match your background.
Q · 07 How will I know my application was received?
You will receive a confirmation after submitting the application form. Follow-up communication depends on whether your profile matches a current opening.
